Morning: Hazard Vulnerability Analysis (HVA) 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
The healthcare coalition reviews its Regional Hazard Vulnerability Analysis (HVA) annually to identify the top risks facing the region's healthcare sector. In this session, participants will discuss the 2025 Regional HVA and identify updates based on the current threat landscape, regional responses, changes in regional assets, and other factors. The updated 2026 Healthcare Coalition Regional HVA will guide planning and training priorities for the year ahead.
Working Lunch 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM
Afternoon: Regional Coalition Exercise 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
This year's exercise trades the traditional tabletop format for something more interactive. Partners will navigate a dynamic incident together, working through their organization's response in real time, with decisions and outcomes shaping how the scenario unfolds. Open to all healthcare coalition partners.
