Dr. David Brannan is a senior professor at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. Dr. Brannan is one of the nation's leading authorities of homeland security, terrorism analysis and the use of Social Identity Theory in counterterrorism.
In this 4 hour keynote presentation, Dr. Brannan will share his expertise on regional threat considerations specific to the National Capitol Region (NCR). Dr. Brannan will identify the primary threats to state and local jurisdictions across the NCR through a graduate school-styled seminar.
