NVERS will host three (3) regional exercise offerings for all Medically Vulnerable Population (MVP) Partners. The discussion-based exercise will focus on the aftermath of an incident that affects critical infrastructure across the region. Participants are also encouraged to attend the morning session of the NVERS Hazard Vulnerability Analysis at the same location as the MVP exercise (separate registration required).
Tabletop Exercise Sessions:
- Session 1 (This session): October 17, 2025, 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm (East)
- Session 2: October 24, 2025, 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm (North)
- Session 3: October 29, 2025, 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm (West)
Separate registration for the HVA session and tabletop exercise are required.
The intended audience of the seminar includes:
- Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities: Administrators, Directors of Maintenance/Engineering, Senior Clinical Staff.
- Dialysis Facilities: Administrators, Directors of Maintenance/Engineering, Senior Clinical Staff.
- Home Health and Hospice: Administrators, Senior Clinical Staff.
- ICF/IID: Administrators, Directors of Maintenance/Engineering, Senior Clinical Staff.
- Local Government Partners: Local Public Health Emergency Coordinators, Local Emergency Management Agency Staff.
- Critical Infrastructure Partners: Local Water & Wastewater and Electrical Utility Staff.
Note: Any NVERS stakeholder/partner can attend either session. Please register for the option most convenient for your organization.
This is a CMS-compliant, community-based exercise. Participating organizations will be listed in the regional After-Action Report (AAR).
