DESCRIPTION:NVERS will host three (3) offerings of a regional exercise for Skilled Nursing Facility Partners.Session 1: June 10, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Front Royal, VA Session 2: June 17, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Fairfax, VASession 3: June 24, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Charlottesville, VANote: Any NVERS skilled nursing or community stakeholder/partner can attend any available session. Please register for the option most convenient for your organization.This discussion-based tabletop exercise (TTX) will focus on activating the region's Long-Term Care Mutual Aid Plan (LTC-MAP) in the event of an emergency or disaster. The TTX will be CMS-compliant and community-based, and all participating organizations will be listed in the regional After-Action Report (AAR).The intended audience of the seminar includes:Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities: Administrators, Directors of Maintenance/Engineering, Senior Clinical Staff.Local Government Partners: Local Public Health Emergency Coordinators, Local Emergency Management Agency Staff.Following registration approval, additional information, including the event address, will be shared via a calendar invite.
